What are Loyalty Rewards?
Check in with your server when you sit down, and at the end of your experience when your bill is paid you earn 1 pt for every $1 you spend. Example: $100= 100 pts
What are the Benefits?
When you spend money with us you earn points. Redeem those points for Reward Options on the web app. Reward Options include free apps, dessert, tshirts, etc.
How do I Collect Points?
When you arrive at your table for any show, get on your Comedy Club Rewards web-app, select Rewards in the main menu, then select Collect Points, a QR code will appear. Show the QR code to your server and we will do the rest.
How do I Redeem Points?
After you have earned enough points for the Reward you want, Click on it and show the QR code to your server!
What is the Private Event for 10,000 points and how do I redeem it?
This reward is a Private Comedy Show for you and up to 50 of your friends and family! Included in the package is the price of admission and a showcase we put together just for you! If you would like to claim this reward contact us via email or phone!
Ticket Club Information:
What is the Ticket Club?
The Ticket Club is a punch card on our web app that earns you punches towards Milestone Rewards. Every ticket you purchase earns you one punch. 6 punches and you're receiving your first Milestone Reward.
What are Milestone Rewards?
2 Preferred Tickets (non-special event) = 6 punches
Additional 2 Preferred Tickets (non-special event) = 15 punches
4 Preferred Tickets (non-special event) = 30 punches
Party Table (non-special event) = 50 punches
How do I redeem Milestone Rewards?
Milestone Rewards are automatically loaded into your My Rewards on your web app. When you arrive for check in, click the reward and show your QR code. Milestone Rewards can be redeemed in person based on availability or you can make a reservation via email or phone prior to the show, however QR code must be provided at check-in.
How do I Collect Ticket Club Punches?
Everytime you check-in for a show you will need to provide the Box Office with your Collect Points QR code that can be found in your Comedy Club Rewards. The total number of tickets purchased are then added to your Ticket Club! GA and Preferred tickets are worth 1 punch toward the Ticket Club, if you buy two tickets you get 2 punches toward your Ticket Club.
Can I use the Ticket Club Milestone Rewards for Special Engagements?
Ticket Club Milestone Rewards cannot be used for Special Engagements. Visit our calendar to see what shows are special vs non special.
